While at Sperry Van Ness Mr. Boscia was able to receive several top producer awards, including Rookie of the Year, Achiever Awards and Partner’s Circle. During the economic recession, Michael assisted many financial institutions with the disposition of their REO assets including Standard Insurance, Key Bank, US Bank, Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB & T) and Centennial Bank. Michael’s leasing experience includes over Sq. Ft of space and over Sq. Ft. experience in completed ground leases, build-to-suits and reverse build-to-suits. He is no stranger to first and second generation space and the pre-leasing of properties under development. The types of leases included leases, gross office leases, single tenant ground leases, build-to-suit leases, reverse build-to-suits, assignments and sub-leases.
