Background

About Michael Botelho

I’m a Computer Science graduate from Western University who thrives at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, web development, and technical support. I specialize in designing secure, scalable systems and solving complex technical challenges with a customer-focused mindset. My technical experience spans full-stack web development, cloud engineering with AWS & Azure, containerization with Docker, infrastructure automation, and foundational cybersecurity. I’ve developed real-world applications including SoapMaster Inventory, a microservice-based inventory system designed for small-scale manufacturers, and a fitness tracking app built with C++ and Qt. With a strong academic background (Dean’s Honour List), hands-on project experience, and customer service skills developed across several client-facing roles, I bring both technical depth and soft skills to every opportunity. I'm always eager to collaborate, learn, and contribute to innovative teams that value growth, resilience, and impact. Let’s connect if you’re looking for someone who can bridge development, infrastructure, and user support with a solution-driven approach.
