About Michael Boules

Completed my Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Montreal- Thesis subject:"Design, Conception, and Implementation of a Quality Control Microbiology Laboratory for the Medical Manufacturing Industry 101."(Final Grade = A) Leading the Medtronic Montreal Micro Lab project aiming to in-source all quality microbiology testing. Deep knowledge and experience with validations (IQOQPQ, Cleaning, Process, Cleanroom Changes, Sterilization, etc.). Championing a culture of sanitation, hygiene, and aseptic processing by providing regular Microbiology 101/102 trainings to hundreds of operators, supervisors, engineers, and support teams (in both perfect French and English). Previous experience as a QC Microbiology Analyst in a state-of-the-art GMP startup plasma fractionation facility performing everything from QC analytical testing and validation to equipment qualification and investigations/deviations/non-conformances. Basically started off my career path with 6 years of retail experience building valuable customer service and interpersonal skills. This was followed with 4+ years of IT experience at Bombardier Aerospace supporting the Outsourcing & Governance team, the Cloud Services team, the Telephony & Mobility team, and in the transition of the entire IT department to name a few. In the meantime, I completed my B.Sc. in Cell & Molecular Biology at Concordia University with volunteer research experience in a Plant Molecular Genetics lab. Currently building an automated vertical farm in my home. I managed multiple vacation rental properties and residential buildings with my father. And lastly, I attempt to restore (realistically break more than I fix) classic cars in my spare time.
