My background spans from hands-on technical roles at Visa and First Data to earlier roles in data processing and customer-facing environments — giving me a well-rounded and adaptable skill set. After leading overnight operations in mission-critical environments, I made a conscious decision to step back from the 24×7 corporate grind to focus on my family, health, and long-term well-being. I’m now actively seeking a new opportunity that values work-life balance, technical skill, and community impact — ideally in government, nonprofit, education, or operations roles that allow me to remain present in my kids’ lives and involved in youth sports coaching.
