About Michael Brash

Upon graduating from Liverpool John Moores University in 2017, I subsequently transitioned into the Royal Navy Submarine Service as an Engineering Technician. Such fast-paced experience across multiple projects since, alongside my continuous professional development, enabled me to build an extensive number of skills. As a result, my main areas of expertise include managing and conducting day-to-day operations, including all aspects of maintenance, health and safety, and legality. Furthermore, I use industry systems to ensure all workflow is completed without error and can prepare technical documentation to management accurately and to a high standard. Moreover, I thrive in developing key connections with team members to help solve prominent issues in an efficient and prompt manner. Additionally, I am effective in communicating frequently with management to detect more effective ways of driving maximum efficiency across all processes. Consequently, my expertise in project planning, health and safety, and regulatory compliance. Ultimately, and having spent over four years in the Royal Navy and seeking to find a new challenge I left the service joining Fords HTML as a maintenance engineer in January 2023.
