I am always seeking new Challenges. To grow and improve as I progress in my Career. I have been in the H.V.A.C. sector for all of my professional life. I have had the unique opportunity to be engaged in all facets of this field. From service technician, Wholesale representative, installer, Technical Sales, technical trainer and Product management. My diverse background has enabled be to acquire a unique perspective of the needs for all parties involved in the use and needs in H.V.A.C equipment. I am a goal driven professional intent on improving public, trade and sales knowledge for the improvement of the industry, customer satisfaction and human comfort. Continuous personal improvement and knowledge is a personal requirement I demand of myself, and try to impart and use that in team settings, and projects to improve offerings and service. I work well in team and individual settings and strive to meet and exceed key metrics in all assigned tasks Currently, in my position As Director of new Business development I manage operations, purchasing, sourcing, vendor relationships, and new business development. Business analysis, sales Growth, targeted pricing to support sales Growth, and maintaining GM and EFO as key KPI. Additional responsibilities, includes promoting items at wholesale training functions, trade shows and via various marketing mediums. coordinate with counterparts in USA for product development, Code requirements, and marketing materials. Other Past experience includes being an honorably discharged Veteran with 16 years experience in teamwork, team building and leadership. 5 years teaching trade in the Military. I have also designed and implemented, and taught a course for HVAC inspection at Humber College, Canada for 5 years, I have also held various trade certifications including journeyman Cook, Gas fitter, Oil burner technician and refrigeration technician.
