Michael Breault, AIA is a registered Architect in Kentucky and New York. His credentials include a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Kentucky School of Architecture. He has practiced in both Construction and Architecture firms. Design specialties includes adaptive reuse, large scale renovations and new architecture projects serving Industrial (Food and Beverage), Hospitality, Education, Retail, Residential and Agricultural building typologies. Design management services range from man-hours analysis, contract negotiation, consultant coordination, zoning & planning investigation, building code analysis, product research, QAQC, obtaining permits, Construction Administration and close out procedures. Notable project methodology is developing CAD prototype drawings into BIM libraries refining document coordination and efficiencies. General professional skills include sketching, detailing and Building Information Modeling (Revit).
