Over my 20+ years with Betts, I've had the privilege of contributing to nearly every aspect of the business—from retail and product development to marketing and brand strategy. Along the way, I've designed some of Australia's top-selling footwear and spearheaded the development of our new Shopify website. What drives me every day is a commitment to continuous self-improvement—physically, mentally, and professionally. I aim to be an inspirational leader who challenges and supports my team, whilst always putting our customers first.
