About Michael Breen

With over 40 years’ experience in financial and general management, I’ve been involved at director level in the Audio Visual and Broadcast Presentations business for the last 33 years. Having started my career as an accountant, it quickly emerged that my interests lay in assisting businesses that were looking to grow or sell. It was inevitable that I would ultimately be drawn to direct involvement with one or other of the companies that crossed my desk, and in 1989 I was asked to prepare the business plans that led to the formation of Blitz Vision. I joined the business as Finance Director and progressed to Chief Executive. Since then, I’ve led a variety of companies within the industry - including: Samuelson Communications, TP Sound Services, Interactive Television, Astonics, Charter Broadcast and Cine Video, with offices in Europe, USA, Singapore and Australia. I have held the reins of the Media Powerhouse Group since 2007. I’m a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and experience in transforming organisational structures to maximise corporate growth and development.
