About Michael Brees

I've had a passion for networking / IT scene 2004 where I completed my NCBT certification from National Association of Communication Systems Engineers. From there I shortly went to college at Westwood Community College where I received my associates in computer science systems. This has lead to a number of certifications during my career in computer networking and security. I have worked in industries ranging from healthcare to government contract and working for small IPS. This experience has given me the ability to be a team player in many different types of support team layouts. I like to believe I’m a very humble person at work that will help out with even the simplest tasks. I also pride myself on my productivity and the amount of work I accomplish on a day-to-day basis. What I can bring to the team would be a dedicated troubleshooting mind that willing to spend the extra hours when there is the demand to resolve network issues. I’m very document oriented and have a strong background in developing network documentation and SNMP monitoring applications and on the spot troubleshooting. I’m very professional in appearance and demeanor. I also hold pride in my punctual nature. My Personal passions and hobbies outside of work involve backpack camping, hiking, being the father of two wonderful dogs and longboarding. I believe that backpacking has helped me develop a strong planning strategy for planning and troubleshooting. I feel that they're related due to the amount of planning and strong attention to detail that they both demand. Being a father of two dogs has helped developed a lot of patience and responsibility. This allows me to be a better IT tech, Because I have a large amount of patience's and have a great way to relieve stress at the end of the day and always start the day off on the right foot.
