About Michael Bregman

The most productive and exciting time in my career was when I was in retail and wholesale store management. Having spent a large part of my career in another arena, IT/Computer Operations, I am now ready to return to – Retail / Wholesale. Some of my greatest rewards have come from building a strong rapport with customers, punctuating that with a strong customer service focus. I understand how critical it is, in today’s competitive marketplace, to drive and win repeat business. I have also enjoyed the challenges of retail/wholesale – receiving new products, resetting the isles and leveraging creative and strategic ways to sell products through sound product placement to ensure rapid inventory turns. One of the greatest professional compliments I’ve ever received was from my own team at Walgreens, who told me that they always looked forward to coming to work when I was on deck to manage the store. I treated them well, engendered a sense of team, set clear expectations and had a little fun along the way too.
