About Michael Brennan

MICHAEL W. BRENNAN’S career includes the overall management of product and business development enterprises, with participation in the founding of four publicly traded corporations; three in the US and one on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Brennan has also managed several turn-around and start-up situations, with a forte of managing both domestic and European companies that were heavily engaged in product development and expansion; while conforming to government regulated laboratory and manufacturing procedures; primarily OSHA and ISO Academically, degrees earned are in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Mr. Brennan is a Vietnam Veteran, a graduate and instructor at the US Navy’s Electronic Schools, has held flight crew responsibilities and top-secret clearances. Mr. Brennan, also while engaging with daily business challenges, has served for over eighteen years as Adjunct Professor of Computer Science and Business at the University of Southern California and the University of Phoenix – teaching numerous undergraduate and graduate courses. Mr. Brennan is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (UK), the holder of several profitable US and international patents, was the managing director of two, multi-year, international business development grants and two University collaborations with Purdue and Northern Michigan.
