About Michael Bridges

I was born and raised within the Texarkana, AR/TX area. In my free time you'll likely find me hiking, reading, or doing photography. Before my current position you would've found me at CVS Health, in which I was an Operations/Pharmacy Health Manager for nearly a decade. At CVS Health I was focused on Inventory and better management to help processes flow better within the Pharmacy. During my current work time you'll find me various places across Ledwell & Son, whether it's helping someone with an inventory issue, or trying to push the limits of the software we use to help utilize a new feature that will better the company. I absolutely love problem-solving and trying to find the method in which we solve those problems. I also love lending myself to other fields to learn new trades, and to better myself with new knowledge of how the nitty-gritty within those fields work.I find learning these roles and growing within these companies has really helped pushed me into the person I am today. This is one of the many reasons I strive to solve problems and help push the boundaries of what we can do. It not only helps push the limits of the companies we love to work for but pushes the limits of ourselves and help us grow.
