I work at PrecisionOS, designing and developing immersive simulation experiences built in virtual reality to train surgeons. I manage our product, and design clinical education, to support the world's first virtual reality surgical training curriculum. The skillset I've developed is varied based on the variety of responsibilities I've been afforded through excelling in my role. I help guide developers in agile software development through product ownership and design; manage customer relationships in a front-facing strategic role; and regularly work with key opinion leaders in orthopedic surgery to design education for best surgical practices. My previous roles were based out of a medical school focused on instructional design. These roles involved creating and launching accredited professional education programs for physicians in practice across a wide range of clinical topics.
