Michael is a Senior-level Program Management Office and Project Manager with Big 6 experience. He has over twenty years of Project Management experience with a number of recent years focused on Enterprise Program Management and significantly large, complex projects. Michael is certified by the American Management Association in Project Management, is a member of PMI and utilizes PMBOK standards. He has utilized the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) in implementing “Project Management Best Practices” for Program and Project Management. Mike has assisted Executive IT Management in defining baseline project plans and integrating workplans to provide a cross enterprise view of dependencies and Critical Path for exception and issue reporting. He has defined enterprise resource pools and methods for integrated time tracking to specific projects and work orders. He has implemented Project Governance, Executive Dashboard, Change Control Processes and Management, Issue Management, Problem Management, Financial Management, and Resource Leveling Management tools and methods. He has defined Program Management Office, Project Management Methodology, Project Management Processes, and Implemented Project Management. Mike has implemented projects with legacy mainframe, client/server, SOA, Agile, Waterfall, Business Process Modeling, Project Initieation and other Development Methodologies and platforms.
