About Michael Bromley

Dedicated to student success. My work as a high school teacher convinced me that many students and families need additional support that schools don't or can't provide. Most of the support that schools offer are consumed by high-functioning students with involved families or especially needy students who receive accommodations and/or school attention due to severe academic or behavioral struggles. But what about the rest? Having built & run a business led to me understand the teacher-student relationship in ways that few teachers or schools appreciate. For me, my students were the client and not the other way around. My job, then, was to serve them and convince them of the value of my product (the learning I was offering). This perspective allowed me to build excellent student engagement and, above all, respect for my work on their behalf. My time in the classroom led to insight on student awareness and workflow. I worked out a program with some low-performing students in my classroom that the kids came to call The A+ Club. Given the fantastic results of our work together, with grades and content engagement increasing, I decided to launch the program as a formal service to families. If it is improvement from a B to A, or from low to higher grades, I am dedicated to helping kids and their parents find that path. The successes we have encountered are amazing.
