About Michael Bryant

I am a UNSW Psychological Science graduate motivated by a robust desire to enhance the wellbeing of others. I currently work as a Disability Support Worker. Prior to this I accumulated over 6 years of work experience in customer-service based roles across the hospitality, sales and events-management sectors. Additionally, I have had the privilege to undertake a number of opportunities for volunteer work (both domestically and overseas) in the areas of social services and humanitarian aid. My key research interests include: The impact and treatment of psychological trauma, the mind-body connection, the relationship between dietary and lifestyle factors and mental health/cognitive function and the role of mindfulness in mental and physical wellbeing. I welcome those who share my research interests and/or desire to enhance the wellbeing of others to connect with me!
