Thames Reach is a nonprofit organization that helps homeless and vulnerable people in London. As the Lead Manager of the Lewisham floating support service, I oversee the delivery of high-quality support to more than 300 clients with complex needs. I have secured a large contract with the local authority, increased the client satisfaction rate by 40%, and implemented a new volunteer training scheme. I have over 12 years of experience in managing teams, developing partnerships, and delivering employment and skills programs for people in challenging situations. I am passionate about community engagement, volunteer training, and offender management, and I have strong skills in these areas.
