Being a versatile technician, I thrive on bringing solutions to those I serve. If something is broken, inefficient, or not meeting the need, I am compelled to repair, adjust, or upgrade it so that the end user can have the tools they need to be successful. I operate with purpose, approaching my tasks responsibly, analyzing what to do and how to work best, looking ahead to leverage strategic methods to bring maximum benefit to the customer while seeking to work with and serve fellow coworkers. I have reduced the workload of fellow employees by providing needed technology, improved the experience of new hires by having technology ready for them when they arrived, and enabled fellow staff to work more efficiently by modifying equipment they used daily. I always bring this level of performance and dedication to a any opportunity, seeking to serve the customer and meet their needs.
