As a highly experienced educator with a background in technology curriculum development and coaching, I am excited to share my updated LinkedIn profile. My current position is as a CTE Site Lead and Teacher at KIPP School in Oak Cliff Academy in Dallas, TX, where I have been identified as a High Performing Teacher for the 2021-22 academic year. In this role, I have managed roles/responsibilities, purchasing budget, and technology acquisition for Oak Cliff Academy's computer science department, and have created curriculum and taught inaugural 3D Modeling and Animation for 9th-11th grade students.I am currently seeking a full-time, 10-month, exempt Innovation Lab Manager position at Greenhill School, where I can utilize my experience in education, technology curriculum development, and coaching to make the Innovation space an inviting, open, and safe space for all the Greenhill community, assist students and faculty with their projects, and maintain the lab facilities.In addition to my current role, I have held similar positions at Hewitt Trussville School District and Vicksburg-Warren School District. I hold a Masters of Arts in Education degree from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the same institution. I am also certified in Code.org Computer Science Discoveries Curriculum, Beauty and Joy of Computing AP Computer Science Principles, and Project Stem Ap Computer Science A.In addition to my professional experience, I am also a dedicated coach, having coached 11 AHSAA State Competition Medal recipients and AHSAA State Record Holders in Shot Put and Discus.
