Experienced in research, development and launch of new products in pigments, inks, coatings, and clinical diagnostic assays. My diverse background provides a broad technical skill set with regards to research and development, project management, design control, risk management, product scale-up, and technology transfer to full production of finished goods. I am results oriented translating design inputs from sales & marketing into modified and/or new products using novel design concepts. I adhere to standard operating procedures, cGMP’s, and general laboratory practices. I have a thorough understanding of design control, quality control and regulatory affairs as it relates to the market justification, research, development and launch of modified and /or new products. I have strong communication skills combined with a holistic methodology that allows for collaborative work with other departments to ensure smooth transition from concept to finished product.
