I’m a category-creating innovator and seasoned entrepreneur with a focus on helping hospitals and specialty medical providers convert aged and future motor vehicle accident (MVA) accounts into reliable, scalable revenue. In 2014, I founded Red Dot with a clear belief: healthcare should prioritize humanity. Red Dot has evolved into a national platform serving multi-state hospital systems and large specialty clinics. We enable our clients to unlock millions in non-recourse revenue, reduce administrative burden, and protect patients from the long-term consequences of medical debt collection practices. Our work is financially sound, legally precise, and grounded in compassion. Red Dot works because of the people behind it. I have the privilege of leading a distributed team of account managers, insurance specialists, legal experts, and technologists, all aligned around a shared operating system. We earn our clients’ trust by understanding the complex intersection of reimbursement, regulation, reputation, and patient experience. Before Red Dot, I co-founded and scaled several healthcare finance companies focused on helping medical providers and facilities provide treatment and care to MVA patients. I also had the good fortune of serving as a First Responder for 20 years, as a Firefighter and EMT. That experience shaped how I lead. My approach is grounded in small-unit tactics, characterized by clear roles, high trust, shared accountability, execution under pressure, and a commitment to always putting your people first. I lead with a small-unit mindset, shaped by two decades in Emergency Services and refined through years of company building. I focus on clarity of mission, disciplined execution, and teams that take full ownership of outcomes.
