About Michael Byrne

I want to make the world a better place now, for my children, and for those that follow after me. I believe that by helping to understand where things happen, and analyzing why - utilizing the science of where and the science of human behaviour - I can make that goal a reality. Along my career journey I've been: a librarian; a geologist; a GIS manager and professional; a programmer; a programme manager; a trainer; a customer operations manager; a database manager; a content manager; head of professional services; and a customer experience professional. Along the way, I have built mutual and rewarding win-win relationships with fantastic people. I also cycle for fun and charity (member of Ratoath Wheelers), try new things out (latest fad = drumming, badly), love comedy (I was there for Monty Python's last run), and lose myself in Podcasts (Marc Maron, Roman Mars, and many more) and music (I’ll give most things a listen but Springsteen is my anchor).
