Book Book Go is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that strives to improve childhood literacy and inspire children to read every day with their families. We focus on providing award winning and inspirational hardbound books to children. The books we provide spark imaginations and improve attitudes about reading. Our mission strives to eliminate the literacy gap and encourage children to have fun reading everyday. We strive to choose books that mirror the communities we serve. Book Book Go has developed literacy programs designed to enhance reading skills to prepare children for reading success and improve attitudes about reading. Book Bus Bookmobile. We take our read-aloud mission on the road with our Book Bus and travel to community events, schools, and other events. Our Book Bus is modeled after the classic book mobile to bring new hardback free books to children. Home Library Book Boxes. Children are given a custom wooden handmade Book Box to store their free books delivered by our Book Bus. These little Book Box Libraries provide a sense of ownership and a special place for the kids to keep the books that they selected. Classroom Libraries. Each new wooden open face bookshelf contains 35 grade level appropriate titles that have been recognized for outstanding literary merit. The shelves are specifically designed to display the front cover of books with the goal of capturing a child’s imagination in the classroom.*Book Book Go was formerly Bring Me A Book St. Louis 2014-2021.
