My Qualifications, Job Experiences & Education-I have two years course- Business Administration-Computer Information Systems. I take my AS degree or study in Merritt College, Oakland, CA -I have one year as Eligibility technician, as a Calworks worker and Medi-cal worker; I work at the enterprise office from April 2006-2007- I have been a support clerk with employment counselors, for 15 years; I learned welfare to work program activities, Exemption cases, Sanction Cases, and closed files cases. I have worked with program specialist, and program manager in sanction case project- I have access in SSIRS systems, meds systems, Scan disc apps, WDT tools systems, and Calwin Systems; we use these systems, to check case dictation and comments, keep track cases, assign cases to Employment counselors, and make case actions such WPR and Sanction request. I scan verifications for calworks cases, and return homeless mails, sent/store these important documents to Webfiles-I was a student assistant at Meritt College & College of Alameda computer labs, tutotial center and learning center; I helped the students how print their documents, set up a pass word and log in name to the computer labs, and assist the teacher and instructional assistant to schedule the classrooms and collect papers after the test- I work at UC Berkeley as Administrative Assistant, assist the MESA managers; schedule their calendars and do their reimbursement; Open and log MESA applications coming from Elemetary, middle and high schools- I finish and complete the ICP and Mentors programs of the TACT training, goal is “passing the torch”; and TACT training assign me a Staff development specialist, to see my potential to move up and get my promotions. I am really interested to learn this Job, and I like to help clients to find a job; I always to search jobs in the web or online, and I like to connect with employers, by visiting their websites.
