About Michael Cacace

I grew up loving sports, loving to compete, working, and earning the role I wanted. In high school I wanted to be a Strength Coach to mold and develop my athletes into the scheme I wanted to run as a football coach. I then fell in love the profession of Strength and Conditioning / Sport Performance. Wanting to help all athletes develop and reach their goals. Teaching and guiding them to help them develop and take what they learn with them wherever they go and giving them the opportunity to separate themselves. Currently, the Head of Strength and Conditioning and the Offensive Linemen Coach, working to build a consistency and a foundation of Strength and Conditioning. Currently with the help of our Athletic Director to renovate and add a space for general use students and a space for NCAA sanctioned teams. Built a relationship with academics to have an internship program that will be starting in the Spring semester of 2025. I believe that my biggest strength is being a player’s coach, looking to do my best to connect with athletes allow them to buy in to the mission. While continuing to strengthen my weaknesses and get 1% better every day. My passion is what drives me as I look to be best Strength and Conditioning Coach I can be. With nearing 10 years in the field, I hope to continue to climb and help as many athletes as I possibly can.
