I have forty years of executive and board-level experience in global re/insurance. He serves as Senior Advisor / Board Member to Afore Insurance Services. AIS raised $80M and has negotiated M&A transactions that has established it as a top 75 firm with $35+M in revenue and about $400M in GWP. Cahill previously led a $250M+ capital initiative to launch GoRisk Specialty, developing a hybrid MGA/carrier strategy and global platform. Building on that foundation, GoRisk is now launching two specialty MGAs,(Renewables/Energy Transition & SME packages) backed by $4M in committed funding. As an AI Pioneer, Cahill’s expertise has supported Lula Technologies in developing their insurance AI strategy. He earns royalties from GoRisk’s bespoke insurance products, such as Litigation, and developed a decommissioning solution to support ESG transition. Served in executive leadership roles at Marsh and Aon, and covered Energy, Financial, PE, and Infrastructure entities. He designed and helped developed the Macquarie Insurance Facility ($1.5B GWP) and continues to serve in an advisory capacity. Previously, a Board member of a global re/insurance brokerage firm and was responsible for Bermuda operations and US Sales.
