About Michael Callahan

I am a graduate from Colorado State University where I graduated in the spring of 2016 with a bachelors degree in accounting and a bachelors degree in sociology. I was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, Alpha Kappa Delta, and Sigma Alpha Lambda honors societies. I started my career as an audit associate for KPMG in Denver, CO. I gained experience in many industries including manufacturing, media, oil and gas, federal, funds, and technology. After two busy seasons with KPMG I took a position as a senior accountant at CVentures, Inc where I was responsible for preparing financial statements as well as investment summaries. I then took a senior internal auditor position with CenturyLink where I gained experience auditing business processes and developing improvement recommendations to enhance business processes. I currently work for Vantage Data Centers where I am responsible for preparing financial statements, journal entries, the creation and monitoring of internal controls, and other accounting functions as needed.
