As Bar Manager and Lead Bartender at Cowboy Star, I led the bar operations and staff education for a high-end steakhouse and butcher shop that serves craft cocktails and local beers. With over 9 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I have developed a keen sense of organization, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, as well as a passion for creating and delivering unique and memorable experiences. My expertise in craft cocktails and high-volume restaurants stems from my previous roles as a Lead Bartender and Assistant Bar Manager at Kindred, a vegan restaurant and bar, and as a Barback at The Noble Experiment, a speakeasy-style cocktail lounge. In these positions, I honed my skills in mixing, serving, and inventing drinks, as well as managing inventory, training staff, and ensuring quality and consistency. I also learned to balance the demands of service and the creative process, and to build bonds with guests and colleagues alike.
