Experienced Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of leadership in the transportation industry as a chair and member of public transit boards and executive staff for public agencies and elected policymakers. Skilled in Government, Public Policy, Public Administration, Transportation Planning, Strategic Planning, Project Planning, Goods Movement Policy, Passenger Rail Policy, Comprehensive Multimodal Corridor Planning and Grant Strategy and Development. Developed, led, and authored Metro's Goods Movement Strategic Plan, I-405 Comprehensive Multimodal Corridor Plan, and Long Beach-East LA Corridor Mobility Investment Plan. Created strategies, developed teams, and led multidepartmental and multiagency efforts to secure over $2.5 billion in federal and state discretionary grants across all project modes and scales. An innovative and principled public servant who promotes equity and ensures opportunities and outcomes for all communities, especially those most in need. Earned a Master’s Degree focused in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts at Georgetown University.
