I'm a proactive, technically skilled engineer with a broad general knowledge, interested in science and technology. I'm the kind of person that thinks that good ideas are important, but that they're useless if not implemented properly. As such I think that the key for success is a combination of imagination and inspiration but also thorough planning, commitment, hard work and resilience to overcome obstacles. In my daily work I'm constantly questioning myself and my colleagues and subordinates if there is a way of doing things better or more efficiently, especially with respect to the environmental impact of my and the organization's activities. I'm a demanding colleague and leader, but I also consider myself to be very fair when it comes to recognizing my own weaknesses and the others' achievements. I'm confident that I can adapt to almost any job requirements and acquire the necessary skills and knowledge rather quickly to become a valuable asset. I consider myself to be an open minded and interesting person with a wide range of interests, able to blend in in many different environments.
