I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I guide my clients through the powerful work of transforming their relationships – whether with substances, loved ones, past traumas, or themselves. My approach is rooted in collaboration with my clients and respect for their strengths, values, and goals. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families confronting the impacts of substance use, addiction, trauma, mental health issues, compulsive behaviors, codependent relationships, and challenging family experiences. In respected residential and outpatient settings, I have helped clients identify and change painful patterns of behavior, and overcome the sadness, anger, and shame that fuels these challenges. While I use a range of therapeutic modalities to support my clients’ progress, compassion and respect are my guiding principles.
