I’m an experienced leader with a passion for infrastructure support, growth, and cybersecurity. I have a strong technical knowledge of building, managing, and supporting complex IT systems and have a history of being hands-on. I have a track record of analyzing, diagnosing hard to find issues, and delivering effective solutions. I am results driven, tech savvy, inclined to learn and eager to get my hands on the latest technologies to help drive business objectives. I have 20 + years’ experience in IT Infrastructure support, engineering, administration and analysis. Working with Navy Federal, I just obtained a CSM (Certified Scrum Master) along with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). As time allows, I will be working towards my first SECOPS certification of Security + with a potential to move into a CISSP within the next several years. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with some great companies and individuals. TWII, Lifeguard Ambulance, Sansio, Physio-Control and Stryker, who in December of 2021 transitioned our software division over to Volaris Group. At Sansio / Physio-Control / Stryker, I started as a Project Manager providing support and leading software implementations. They realized I had the technical background to provide further support so, I was promoted to Software Analyst. It's here that I started working with our support and development teams to document, analyze, and test our products. This is where I had the opportunity to diagnose and pinpoint extremely hard to find issues caused by end users, device failures, operating systems, and cross platform updates. In addition, my team provided image & device security support to over devices utilized by the Fire Departments of New York and Los Angeles. 12 years prior to Stryker, I started Lifeguard Ambulances first information system as the IT Manager. I was eventually promoted to Director where I continued to build and manage the department. We formed a strong team of talented individuals and I also had the privilege to work with excellent vendors like Zoll, Sansio, Dell, VMware, EMC, Symantec, and Microsoft. I am truly passionate about my work and am always eager to connect with others to provide technical solutions to problems. While I enjoy all aspects of my work, I think my favorite part is bringing people and teams together with a common goal of aligning tech & business objectives.
