About Michael Caruana

I currently work for Jackson National as an Operations Associate in the Customer Contract Services team. I primarily am tasked with reviewing paperwork and processing requests, where I handle sensitive information for our clients and ensure all processing is done in good order. In this role I have learned many new skills and systems very quickly and continue to take on new roles and responsibilities such as running reports that support the team, leading and supporting training of new associates and other special projects. This role also includes customer service skills when dealing with clients directly and ensuring we are offering the most accurate information to the client in a polite and friendly manner.I have a bachelor's degree from Michigan State's James Madison College in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy. In that degree, I read many legal and governmental documents such as court cases and legislation, as well as works of political philosophy like Plato's Republic and Aristotle's "Politics."
