About Michael Catalano

From the Heat of the Kitchen to the Heart of Commercial Real Estate ‍ Culinary Maestro turned Senior Leasing Manager at WeWork With a background sizzling in the high-pressure environment of professional kitchens, I've honed a skill set that translates seamlessly into the dynamic world of commercial real estate. As a seasoned chef, I thrived in the chaos, orchestrating culinary masterpieces under intense pressure and delivering exceptional experiences with each plate. In the fast-paced, demanding atmosphere of the kitchen, I learned the value of adaptability, quick thinking, and effective communication – qualities that have proven invaluable in my role as a Senior Leasing Manager at WeWork. Just as I once crafted exquisite dishes, I now curate innovative workspaces that inspire creativity, collaboration, and success for our diverse community of members. My journey from chef to commercial real estate professional has equipped me with a unique perspective and a relentless drive to exceed expectations. I thrive on the challenge of finding the perfect space to meet our clients' needs, leveraging my creativity and problem-solving skills to turn their visions into reality. At WeWork, I'm passionate about connecting people with spaces that empower them to thrive, just as I once connected flavors to create unforgettable dining experiences. If you're seeking a seasoned professional who can handle the heat and deliver exceptional results, let's connect and explore how we can collaborate to redefine the future of workspaces together.
