My goal is to have a career in the Biomedical / Medical Device, Automotive, or Aerospace industry. I want to be able to tell others that the work I do every day will or is actively improving the lives of others. In order to achieve my goal, I have obtained a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. I have taken classes which have taught me about SolidWorks, MATLAB, Lean Six Sigma, engineering problem solving, statistics, and how to work effectively in a team. My internship gave me experience working in Risk Management at a medical device company. In the future, I want to guide and mentor students who want to become an engineer but have no family or acquaintances who can guide them into their desired field.
