About Michael Chadwick

Michael is an experienced Property Valuer with a demonstrated history of working in the residential and commercial real estate industry. He is a strong real estate professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Property Valuation from Curtin University. Michael graduated from Curtin University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Property. However, he spent the next 7 years living and working in Italy and France before returning to his home town of Perth in 2005 where he commenced his career with Valuation Partners as a trainee in Dunsborough. He then returned to the city and continued his career with what was then Christie Whyte Moore. It was there he gained his licence and valuable experience in both the residential and commercial divisions. After a brief stint at HTW as one of their senior valuers, Michael joined CBRE in 2015 where he continues to value properties in the southern region in addition to passing on his knowledge and experience to the new valuers. Michael is currently undertaking residential valuations across the south-western corridors of Perth specialising in established, new and developing subdivisions. He has had a wide range of experience with residential valuation work in both urban and country regions. His earlier commercial experience include undertaking valuations ranging from commercial strata offices, to abattoirs, to residential development projects up to 25 units.
