About Michael Chauner

For over two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to advancing the sport of cycling as a professional athlete, innovative coach, and forward-thinking entrepreneur. My 20-year racing career took me across 10 countries, competing at the highest levels in Europe and the United States, and instilled in me a passion for performance, teamwork, and innovation. As a founding partner of TeamTrak, I’m helping to pioneer a groundbreaking U.S-based track-cycling arena sports property, set to launch in 2025-26. Our team is also developing the National Sports and Entertainment Center (NSEC) in Chester County, PA—a $50-million, world-class indoor velodrome and multiuse arena that will serve as TeamTrak’s headquarters and a hub for regional, national, and international sports and entertainment events. This transformative project is poised to redefine track cycling and drive economic revitalization in the region. In 2012, I founded Vitesse Sport Performance, a premier coaching and athlete performance company specializing in physiological testing (including lactate analysis), tailored training programs for individuals and teams, and youth coaching and mentorship. I grew Vitesse into a regional leader in cycling-specific performance, empowering athletes to achieve their full potential. I believe the future of cycling lies in the untapped opportunities of embracing cutting-edge technology—athlete telemetry, sports betting, advanced statistics, and standardized coed formatting—to transform it into a modern, globally competitive sports property.
