Hello, my name is Michael Chiorando and I am the Broker-Owner of One Oak Realty Corp. I have been living in Orlando since 1996 and in 2004, I discovered my true passion in life when I became a Realtor. I have a deep love for being a Realtor and I am dedicated to assisting my clients throughout every step of their real estate transactions. As the Broker Vice President, I trained and educated over 45 agents on effective real estate marketing and sales strategies. I successfully managed over 300 sales per year and navigated the complexities of even the most challenging transactions. My efforts resulted in a remarkable 33% increase in same-office sales each year during my four-plus years in the position.
