About Michael Chomik

Hello! As a lifelong fan of architecture and the built world, design runs in my blood. Leadership and creative thinking are the two pillars that form the backbone of my professional objectives. As an individual or with a team, I strive to think ’outside of the box’ and bring new ideas and energies to any project, constantly pushing boundaries and redefining expectations. Over the last 19 years, I have built a detailed portfolio of experience in architectural marketing, business development and management within the architecture and construction industries. I have had the opportunity work on some amazing projects and opportunities during this time, including creating / overseeing over 1500+ proposals across Canada and the world and securing over $5 billion worth of successful projects since 2009. I have also been blessed to manage, work with and mentor some of the most amazing and talented marketing, graphic and communication specialists in the industry. I thrive on challenging projects and new opportunities, and am motivated by three metrics - winning new commissions, ensuring my team is part of that success from start to finish, and most of all, having fun along the way. Outside of work my personal interests lie in fitness, sport, the architecture and experience of sport/recreation/culture, learning new technologies and languages, traveling, and of course, being a dedicated foodie. Whenever I have and opportunity to combined any of these together, I am one happy human!
