I am a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) issued through the Institute of Professional Management. I have over 4 years of formal experience recruiting for staffing agencies, industry recruitment and campus initiatives. I also have over 4 years experience of informal recruitment experience through my fraternity Kappa Sigma. To me being a recruiter means being relentless and never stopping until the job is done. I aim to provide the best service possible to our clients and our candidates. I make the lives of people who are searching for a job easier. I am in talent acquisition and not other industries because I love being able to connect the job seeker to a job and provide them meaningful employment. It gives people a sense of purpose, and I like to be part of that. Besides the money, the reason I get up every day and do the job that I do is that I love being part of something so fast-paced and ever-evolving. Knowing my efforts impact the bottom line keeps me going every day. What makes me really good at what I do is that I know exactly who will be good for what role, thus making my clients happy. I’m most known for my eagerness to get things done. Whenever a challenge presents itself, the answer is always “Let's do this!”. My top career highlight is winning the most net revenue growth month over month out of recruiters across the nation for Drake International. Things that matter most to me are mental health advocacy, family and friends and having a healthy work-life balance. I love to ride my bike in all types of weather, play board games and dance whenever I can. And of course, matching people with amazing opportunities.
