About Michael Cohen

Michael Cohen is the Director of Tiered Services at Binary Networks, LLC. Prior to leading Tiered Services, Michael was a Network Engineer with Binary Networks for eight years. Michael’s responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Windows servers, firewalls and network security, email, help desk support, customer relations, marketing, and billing. Michael has led many successful client projects, including replacing old servers, building physical servers and configuring them to support virtual machines, and completing data migrations. Michael’s other projects include migrations from Exchange, Google Apps, and other email providers to Microsoft Office 365. Prior to joining Binary Networks, Michael worked at SRA International, where his primary responsibilities included data infrastructure support and validation, client software installation and operations support, database archive management, and general computer support. Michael graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics.
