As a Business Development Manager at CS3 Technology, I leverage my 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations management, and customer relationship management to identify and pursue new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and deliver value-added solutions to clients. I have a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Oklahoma State University, and a passion for innovation and excellence in the logistics industry. Previously, I worked as a Solutions Architect and a Solutions Strategist at LynnCo Supply Chain Solutions, where I provided expertise and guidance in the design, implementation, administration, and support of systems and infrastructure products and services for national and global customers. I collaborated with customers, business partners, and C-level executives to develop and maintain key performance indicators, optimize sourcing and materials practices, and drive supply chain best practices and state-of-the-art technology platforms. I also contributed to the initial sell and expansion of non-asset based, outsourced supply chain services, and supported the development, mentorship, and leadership of productive teams.
