Below is a summary of my experience. • 7+ years of experience in telecommunications field involving data entry, customer service, billing systems support, accounts receivable, business/billing analysis, UAT/QA/QC processes, and IT support. • 8+ years of experience in healthcare field involving data entry, IT support, QA/QC processes, medical terminology, pharmaceutical knowledge and insurance processing. • 10+ years of experience in information technology related tasks involving desktop support and technical support (Hardware/software installations, configurations and troubleshooting). I have an educational background in information technology where I received an Associate’s degree and two industry certifications (A+ and CCNA). With this education, I have become proficient in a range of computer systems, languages, tools, troubleshooting and testing methodologies which has helped me progress in my career path. My experience in the telecommunications industry has helped my skills in the following areas- Learning various aspects of billing system technology and working with various data assignments to meet company expectations -Understanding the nature of the industry from working with evolving products to providing customer satisfaction-Working in environments where teamwork is emphasized in accomplishing a common goal-Adapting to change in varying degrees of the workplace which has enabled me to use my skills in different challenges in order to meet expectations and accomplish goals. I am looking to be part of an organization where I can be a valuable asset in helping the company grow and where my skills and experience can contribute to a positive work environment.
