About Michael Conners
I support Apple macOS and iOS. We currently support nearly 900 Macs with Jamf Pro and manage over 700 iPads as well. I have been attending JNUC annually since 2014. Over the last 30+ years, I have enjoyed many Apple technical and support experiences. My history is with higher education and K-12 in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. During a single year in sales, I had a sales goal of $22 Million, I ended that year at 221% of that goal and was ranked in the top 10 in Apple sales in Apple's Midwest territory. In addition, I work with individuals to empower them to learn more and to expand their knowledge base of how to use their Macintosh systems in new and exciting ways. Watching people learn more about the technology in their lives is a lifelong process. Specialties: macOS through 10.14, macOS and iOS deployment, using Jamf Pro, Composer, Help Desk Support, Union Steward, past Union President, Union Bargaining Team and college wide benefits team and devoted to providing guidance to college leadership for long term benefit of our students and the communities we serve.
