Hello! I’m Michael. I strive to integrate my critical thinking skills, diverse life experiences, and social science imagination together to serve the practical needs of others. I believe that organizations, social groups and institutions reveal their value-commitments through how they interact with vulnerable groups, and I have an eye for assessing potential for growth in these values that will lead people and institutions to creative, attainable transformation. My experiences in communities and nonprofits have given me hope as I have seen how everyday people can participate in a vision larger than themselves through prioritizing habit-driven practices and cultivating virtues. A few things I love in this life: Glacier National Park, spending time with friends, playing board games with my family, surfing, and listening to artists like Miles Davis.
