With over 30 years of experience in supply chain and operations at Maple Leaf Foods Inc, I lead the development and execution of long-term strategies that optimize the performance and growth of our assets, resources, and capabilities. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and leaders to deliver excellence and value to our customers and consumers in the post-pandemic North American market. My vision is to sustainably provide safe, great tasting food to our supply network partners in Canada, the US, and international markets, by leading a team of supply chain professionals who are proud, passionate, and innovative. I leverage my expertise in SAP implementation, business intelligence, and design for manufacturing to drive process transformation, data-driven decision making, and customer fulfillment. I also embrace Maple Leaf Foods' values-based and action-oriented culture, which fosters leadership development and continuous improvement. My most recent accomplishments include transformative supply chain and manufacturing process improvements leveraging digital technology (including Generative AI), supply chain network design and optimization, successful implementation of SAP Integrated Business Process (IBP) and executing sustainable supply chain health recovery post pandemic.
