About Michael Coszalter

With passion for advocacy, service, and equity, I am drawn to work that is done for purpose over profit. From global development to mediation to justice reform, I have built my career by advancing nonprofit causes that humble and inspire me. I am most drawn to work for groups that aim to make meaningful change happen within our communities in a way that elevates the voices of those who are most impacted. My most extensive experiences and skills are in facilitation and mediation, nonprofit administration and management, and human resources. I am a passionate worker, adaptable problem-solver, and empathetic communicator. In my current role as Program Manager at Georgia Innocence Project, I manage and support the operations of several key programs and initiatives, including client services and human resources.
