About Michael Counts

With a BBA from University of Central Arkansas and over four years of experience in the tech industry, I am a Business Development Manager at MSI. In my current role, I identify and pursue new opportunities, develop and maintain strategic partnerships, and negotiate and close deals with clients across various sectors and regions. I leverage my expertise in consultative selling, communication, and problem solving to deliver value-added solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients, and to build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. Previously, I was an Account Executive at ATG, where I helped clients achieve their business goals by using software and cloud solutions from various vendors and platforms. I managed and grew accounts, increased user retention and satisfaction, and generated revenue growth. I also worked as a Software & Cloud Account Manager at SoftwareONE and Insight, where I performed similar duties and responsibilities, and collaborated with diverse teams and partners. I am passionate about learning and staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in the tech industry, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and insights with others. My mission is to drive revenue growth for MSI and its clients, and to contribute to the success and growth of the MSI ecosystem.
