He has a diverse background with many transferrable skills including customer service, warehouse, mail operations, and administrative support. Michael is committed to achieving overall goals and mission of the organization and has gone above and beyond to support community initiatives. Career highlights: Selected over peers to serve as interim team lead for 10 month period; recognized for strong leadership abilities and performance excellence. Recognized as Federal Executive Board Employee of the Year 2012 for commitment to community volunteer initiatives. Volunteered over 200 hours over the past 5 years with the majority of time dedicated to Navy Hale Keiki School. Appointed to serve as member of Lean Six Sigma committee to streamline JBPHH postal operations. Instrumental in developing solutions to bring congruity to satellite operations and reduce costs. Played a key role in reduction of undeliverable mail by 70% through collaborative team approach to developing new processes and attention to details.
